news...the Oregon Series is back. It begins with "Low
Tide," which will be at the 2007 DVAC Art Auction (see
details below), and more Oregon Series Pieces will be coming
throughout the year, so keep checking back! Eastridge
is glad to have the beachstones back in her hands.

| The Oregon
Series is inspired by the wild and beautiful beaches of
Oregon, where Eastridge has spent much time collecting
stones at dawn's low tide. Every piece in this line is
uniquely titled and hand-engraved by the artist. None of the
pieces can ever be recreated, for each is a work in and of
itself. |

The photo is of Yaquina Head, Eastridge's favorite beach
along the Oregon Coast. In a preservation effort, and
because of "over collecting," stone collecting is no longer
allowed on this gorgeous beach which is not sand, but a
lovely stretch of black, ocean-tumbled rocks. This is
also where she first saw whales. |
